The little boy in the photograph got a hair cut before his visit to the White House to meet President Obama. His hair was cut like the President's hair, and he asked if he could touch President Obama's hair. Of course the President obliged the tyke's request.
According to the White House photographer Pete Souza, the President then asked to touch the little boy’s hair (that image wasn’t captured).
BBN member Shelton sent this photo to us earlier this week, and we followed through with finding out more about the moment.
