Simply, this story goes down in the books as ignorant, trifling, stupid, indefensible and troubling. A 17-year old teaches his 2 and 5-year-old nephews how to smoke weed. The 17-year old is so amused by his mentoring that he's compelled to capture his teachings on tape. Police, investigating a burglarly, take possession of the tape. As though the great-grandmother doesn't have enough on her plate raising toddlers and teens, she now has the legal aftermath of this nonsense to deal with. (View Source for the video). "The poor children(babies)". This is another form of child abuse that this society has to deal with. A retarded uncle who abuses his nephews and thinks it's funny. He should be keep in jail for as long as possible. Someone in authority should really,really deal with this young man about his sick behavior. I just hope that the kids can heal from this terrible ordeal.
