The fact is more blacks commit crime. Crime is condoned by the black culture and praise in song and verse. Shootings by 12-14 year olds are on the rise. Belligerance to the police is out of control. The youth have no respect for their elders. The youth consider getting an education "uncool". If someone comes home from college they have to keep it on the don low but if someone comes home from prison, the neighbors throw a block party. What kind of message do you expect this to send?
