I'm currently on an hour-long conference call hosted by Policy Link as part of their Demand Equity Now(!): a recovery briefing series.
Today's call is about transparency, accountability and how to make sense of the billions of dollars flushing from the federal government out to the 50 states. 47 states have sites that are supposed to communicate how much each agency is getting, what the money is being used for. some of the sites mentioned as examples of the Federal Government 2.0 are:
